Primary Function:

Responsible in maintaining SAP accuracy by entering new and updated customer information in customer master and sales order bookings and changes

Competency Level:

Educational Background: Preferably a graduate of any 4 years bachelor’s degree course.

Experience : Fresh graduate are welcome. Working experience and knowledge in SAP system are advantage but not required.

Knowledge, skill and abilities:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Ability to work with others towards a common goal.
  • Flexible and multi-tasked.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Processes customer requests forms from Global Customer Ops by encoding data at SAP Hana system such as new order creation and changes.

2. Verifies created customer account data by cohesive reviewing for deficiencies and resolves discrepancies by using standard procedures.

3. Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential at all times.

4. Ensure that the company’s commitment on environmental management, health and safety is   observed and performed.

5. Commitment to company’s quality objective.

For positions requiring access to technical data, Analog Devices, Inc. may have to obtain export  licensing approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce - Bureau of Industry and Security and/or the U.S. Department of State - Directorate of Defense Trade Controls.  As such, applicants for this position – except US Citizens, US Permanent Residents, and protected individuals as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) – may have to go through an export licensing review process.
