Associate, Customer Service Admin Support

• Responsible for fulfilling any administration tasks given by the Division Heads and Customer Service Group Head.
• Provides support to the Call Center Division by monitoring and tracking performance of the call center agents.
• Is in charge of maintaining the Call Center Operations Manual, SMS tracker and all the Marketing Promos.
• Handles all the reports, and trackers required by the Customer Service Group.

Job Requirements

• Graduate of any 4-year business related course
• At least 2 years experience in Customer Service
• Knowledgeable in Customer Service Process and Credit Card Policies
• Able to use multi-channel contact center environment such as phone, email and letters
• Strong and effective communication skills
• Able to demonstrate critical and analytical thinking
