Associate Disclosure Management

PURPOSE

The associate will serve as a key point of contact for the countries in scope, supporting all necessary steps related to event data management and the processing of expense reporting for meeting and event transactions. In this role, the associate will communicate with the country Events and Disclosure Manager, Local Entity (LE), Global Process Owner (GPO), and other GBS teams.

YOUR TASK AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform analysis of event-related transactions to ensure accurate reporting under the correct expense type, tax code, and compliance with country-specific requirements.


• Manage and maintain event data, ensuring the completion and accuracy of event information based on supporting documentation from third-party agencies.


• Support resolution of data quality issues, coordinating with event owners and third-party agencies to correct any discrepancies.


• Ensure timely and accurate processing of activities related to transfers of value, in alignment with transparency regulations, focusing on data accuracy, completeness, and proper maintenance.


• Actively participate in working groups and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency and organizational effectiveness.


• Adhere to Bayer policies, procedures, and compliance standards while supporting company-wide initiatives and goals.

WHO YOU ARE

• Graduate of any business related course, background in Accounting is an advantage or event and disclosure management.


• At least 1 or more years professional experience particularly in Accounts Payable and/or Procurement.


• Event & Disclosure Management knowledge will be a plus.


• Good in MSO applications.


• Knowledge in operating SAP applications


• Experience in a corporate set up, preferably in shared service organization


• Good communication and interpersonal skills are required when dealing with customers, colleagues and management


• Flexible and team player.


• Good work attitude, dedication and accuracy.
