Qualifications:• College Degree in Human Resource Management, Law, Psychology, or similar field.• Strong communication abilities.• 3-5 years' experience as an HR supervisor or team lead in BPO or Shared Services.• Willingness to work onsite in BGC on rotational/shifting schedule.Responsibilities: • Manage intricate employee relations matters and handle grievances effectively.• Develop policies encompassing processes, guidelines, research, benchmarking, and HR advisory solutions.• Offer HR policy direction, collaborating with both management and staff to enhance workplace dynamics, boost morale, and elevate productivity and staff retention.• Utilize HR analytics, metrics, and reporting for informed decision-making, coupled with fostering knowledge management and enhancing HR capabilities.• Oversee vendor relationships and bolster employer branding and positioning strategies.• Spearhead function-specific projects, audits, and compliance efforts.
