Associate Manager

Job Description:

• Supports Operations on Financial Dashboards, from Data Gathering, Analysis, and providing of recommendation
• Ensures Data Accuracy, and makes initiative to improve data presentation by coming up with a Dashboard, and make use of available technology to further improve data availability
• Spearhead data collection and analysis; and work closely with MIS/WFM Manager (Iloilo)
• Initiates discussions, activities, and reports to help improve assign programs Financial Health
• Designs and develops tools and applications that help process improvement and increase account productivity.
• Works with the respective department to establish reporting requirement and provide comprehensive data on a regular basis to help them assess service performance(both centralized and Iloilo programs).
• Suggests and shares ideas for system improvement.
• Works closely with overall program reporting such as data gathering, Monthly review, Financial Reporting and overall dashboard. (both centralized and Iloilo programs).
• Reviews and analyzes reports provided by MIS analyst before submission to MIS/WFM Manager.
• Plus other responsibilities assigned by Immediate Superior & Site Head

GENERAL SAFETY AND SECURITY

• Protects the organization?s assets by upholding the principles of the Quality Information Security Management System (QISMS).
• Ensures confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information critical to fulfilling the organization?s business functions.
• Reports Information Security related incidents without any delay to the right authority.
• Remain compliant with the relevant business, local and international regulatory and legislative requirements particularly the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA), Health Information and Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act (HITECH), and Utilization Review Accreditation Commission (URAC).

Experience:

Minimum of at least 5 years experience in workforce with 1 yrs experience at an officer level

Work environment:

The work environment is professional office workplace. Business casual attire.

Physical demands :

Requires evening or graveyard work

May require overtime, weekend, or holiday work depending on business needs

Able to establish, implement and continuously improve the quality information security policies assigned to him/her.

Able to establish structure and procedures to protect classified information.

Able to report information security related incidents without any delay to the right authority. Example: All information-related incidents, losses, weaknesses and software/hardware malfunctions, breaches of confidentiality.

Actively participates during training, orientation and awareness programs pertaining to QISMS.
