Associate Product Manager

The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of KONEK’s rewards, promotions, and platform initiatives. This role is responsible for managing cross-functional projects, coordinating stakeholders, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving the successful execution of KONEK's Rewards and Raffle Promotion campaigns.

The ideal candidate possesses strong project management and operational skills, experience working with digital products or promotional campaigns, and a thorough understanding of regulatory requirements related to raffle promotions, including permit applications and approvals with relevant government agencies. The Project Manager will work closely with product, engineering, marketing, customer support, legal, finance, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Project Planning & Execution

• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Lead the end-to-end execution of KONEK initiatives, promotions, and campaigns.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, and stakeholder communications.

Rewards & Raffle Campaign Management

• Manage the implementation and execution of KONEK's Rewards and Raffle Promotion campaigns.
• Coordinate/Create campaign mechanics, eligibility requirements, prize fulfillment, and raffle draw activities.
• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful campaign delivery.
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to increase user engagement and participation.
• Ensure all promotional activities are executed accurately and efficiently.

Regulatory Compliance & Government Coordination

• Lead the preparation and submission of permit applications and supporting documents for promotional campaigns.
• Coordinate with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), Ad Standards Council (ASC), legal counsel, and other regulatory bodies as required.
• Ensure campaign mechanics, promotional materials, terms and conditions, and prize distributions comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Maintain complete records of permits, approvals, compliance reports, and regulatory documentation.
• Serve as the primary liaison for regulatory and compliance-related matters concerning KONEK promotions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Customer Support, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure project success.
• Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and service providers.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure timely completion of action items.
• Communicate project updates, risks, and priorities to stakeholders and management.

Performance Tracking & Continuous Improvement

• Track project performance metrics, campaign KPIs, and operational effectiveness.
• Analyze user engagement data, campaign participation, and customer feedback.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management and stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements and implement best practices to enhance project execution and operational efficiency.
