About the Role

We are seeking an Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.

This is a 360-degree recruitment role where you will learn both recruitment and business development. You will be responsible for identifying talent, building candidate networks, developing client relationships, and supporting companies in finding the right people for their teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential client companies and business opportunities.
  
  
  • Conduct market research to generate leads and prospect accounts.
  
  
  • Perform outreach through LinkedIn, email, networking, and referrals.
  
  
  • Support client meetings and recruitment consultations.
  
  
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and prospects.
  
  
  • Assist with account management and business growth initiatives.

  • Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through various channels.
  
  
  • Conduct candidate screenings and interviews.
  
  
  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  
  
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  
  
  • Prepare candidate summaries and recruitment recommendations.
  
  
  • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience.
  
  
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field


• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply


• Strong verbal and written communication skills


• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills


• Highly organized with strong attention to detail


• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online research tools


• Willingness to engage in candidate sourcing, client development, and business outreach activities

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management, Entrepreneurship, Psychology, Human Resource Management, Communications, Journalism, Mass Communication, Education, or a related field


• Internship experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, marketing, business development, or human resources


• Leadership experience through student organizations, campus activities, volunteer work, or part-time employment


• Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, CRM, ATS, or sourcing tools


• Demonstrated interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, consulting, sales, or business development
