We’re looking for a Software & Analytics Developer who will help us turn complex business data into actionable insights. In this role, you’ll design and maintain ELT pipelines, build and optimize Power BI reports, and develop software solutions to improve key business processes like onboarding, offboarding, and employment lifecycle management. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to ensure data accuracy, usability, and governance while supporting ongoing analytics initiatives that drive smarter decisions across the organization.

What You'll Be Doing

• Developing software solutions that will improve data inputs related but not limited to onboarding, offboarding, business rule engine, ELT framework, employment lifecycle data and other business processes
• Support and maintain ELT pipelines for existing data warehouse/lakehouse and Power BI reports.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports that will require processing onboarding and offboarding, consolidating various data sources.
• Develop Power BI Reports for various business units
• Developing and improving ELT pipelines
• Developing and configuring business rule engines and ELT framework as needed
• Requirement gathering for reporting needs
• Perform testing/quality checks of the reports by drilling down into the source data and aggregated data in the Datawarehouse.
• Ensure data quality and governance is maintained through daily and monthly audits and an escalation-based resolution process.
• Present data and insights to the internal team and other stakeholders
• Participates in research and analysis of operational issues and provides or participates in problem resolution.
• Train users on software and reports developed by Analytics team.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge in either GSuite or Microsoft Office365 Suite
• Knowledge in using spreadsheet to manage data, analysis, and reporting
• Understanding of data models and ability to read ER diagrams
• Understanding of database fundamentals
• Experience in documenting workflows and processes
• Experience in preparing reports and other reportorial documents
• Experience in handling information requests and directives
• Understanding of relevant policies, requirements and procedures of BPO companies
• Exposure to high quality control, customer focused, data and process driven, collaborative, fast paced environment
• Exposure to testing methodologies

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Exposure to the following tools is desirable

• Experience in development in Power BI or other reporting tool
• Experience in developing software or web applications
• Experience in development in databases – MySQL, SQL database or other
• Experience in development in Azure Data Factory or similar tools
• Knowledge of Azure cloud or similar technologies
• Experience in programming in Python or other languages
• Experience in web development using React/CSS/HTML
