The Role - Associate Solution Design Lead - Philippines

Pre-Sales and Solution designs, implements, and manages technology solutions to meet specific business needs, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical solutions, while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture plans

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support on Anchanto solutions and help customers achieve their business goals.


• Responsible for architecting solutions for customer-specific business requirements such as enhancements, new functionality implementation, etc.


• Key activities include requirement gathering, configuration, process recommendations, and delivering solution design documents.


• Support activities include troubleshooting, providing feasible workarounds, and conducting conclusive root cause analysis for any issues related to Anchanto solutions.


• Work with the technical team in developing new design solutions.


• Support the implementation teams with regression, configuration, systems, and UAT testing to ensure all critical aspects of the implementation are working as expected.


• Ensure successful delivery and deployment of Anchanto solutions in customer production environments, including post-deployment support.


• Act as a strategic advisor to our customers and provide best practices and suggestions to address their business challenges.


• Mentor and support other Anchanto supply chain consultants.


• Independently support high-complexity customers and/or lead complex projects.


• Collaborate efficiently with internal teams to ensure customer issues are handled in a timely manner.

Position (Minimum) Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field.


• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in supporting or implementing any supply chain packaged application software such as OMS, WMS, TMS, and Planning.

Additional Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience with database troubleshooting using Oracle SQL or exposure to any related relational database.


• Familiarity with systems such as ERP, e-commerce platforms, 3PL providers, and marketplace channels (e.g., Amazon, Shopify, Lazada, Shopee), and APIs.


• Certifications in relevant areas (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or other technical certifications) is a plus.


• Experience with warehouse automation technologies (e.g., robotics, RFID) is a plus.
