Associate Staff Engineer

• Design, develop, and customize Temenos Transact (T24) solutions, focusing on core banking modules such as AA Lending, AA Deposits, AA Accounts, and Payments. 
• Perform technical analysis, debugging, and troubleshooting to resolve issues within the T24 environment. 
• Implement and configure T24 modules using TAFJ, Java, and other T24 frameworks. 
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business analysts, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications. 
• Write and optimize T24 code, adhering to best practices in development. 
• Lead the integration of T24 with third-party applications and legacy systems. 
• Provide technical support during testing phases (Unit, System Integration, UAT). 
• Conduct performance tuning and optimization of T24 applications. 
• Manage T24 Upgrades and Enhancements, ensuring smooth transitions and compatibility with other systems. 
• Ensure high standards of documentation, code review, and version control. 

• 4-8 years of hands-on experience with Temenos Transact (T24). 
• Proficiency in TAFJ Java and experience with Java Extensibility Framework. 
• Strong understanding of T24 Core Banking modules (e.g., AA Accounts, AA Deposits, AA Lending, Payments). 
• Experience in T24 customization, parameterization, and building interfaces. 
• Good knowledge of Transact database structures, PL/SQL, and reporting tools. 
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs for system integration. 
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to perform root cause analysis. 
• Knowledge of SDLC and experience working in Agile methodologies. 
• Hands-on experience with T24 Integration Framework and Interaction Framework, ideally with release R22 or later. 
• Experience writing TSD for complex L3 issues for AA and TPH modules. 
• Previous experience resolving client issues during SIT, UAT, and other testing phases. 
• Nice to Have: 
  • Temenos Certification (TLC - T24). 
  • Experience with cloud-based deployments of T24. 
  • Familiarity with newer technologies like microservices, Docker, and Kubernetes.
