Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/ Computer Science/ Computer Engineering
With at least 1 year experience in the IT field
Has a background in providing end-user support for Windows OS, desktop setup and maintenance, Network, Security, and Microsoft 365
With good communication and strong critical thinking skills
With resourcefulness and willingness to learn
