Job Description

Key Accountabilities

• Daily cash management & reconciliations of bank accounts
• Daily management & reconciliations of all PSPs & card processing accounts
• Processing of client withdrawals accurately and in a timely manner, including the verification in accordance with company policies and procedures
• Processing of balance adjustments in accordance with promotional activities, and other ad hoc charges
• Perform daily Client Money reconciliation and monthly reporting
• Deliver improvements and drive efficiencies across Treasury Operations processes and controls
• Transaction monitoring & analysis
• Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of reconciliation processes, methodologies, and results for audit and reference purposes.
• Assistance in the preparation of treasury and payments related reporting
• Ad hoc assistance as required by the team managers

Qualifications / Certificates:

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in finance, or a related field.

Skills and Experience:

Knowledge of relevant financial regulations and compliance standards, particularly client monies regulation and money laundering guidelines

1-3 years of experience as an operations analyst or junior accountant or treasury analyst in financial services.

Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting concepts, and reconciliation methodologies.

Proficiency in financial software and tools, including Excel, accounting software, and databases.

Attention to detail and the ability to manage and analyse large datasets accurately.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
