AU Accounts Receivable and Payable Officer (AU Appliance Services, Hybrid)

Salary: P50,000-P70,000 (Salary Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (07:00 AM - 04:00 PM PHT)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably within a business environment.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, or related field required.
• CPA, CA, or equivalent professional certification highly regarded.
• Demonstrated experience with accounting software (e.g., MYOB, Xero, QuickBooks) and AroFio, Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
• Knowledgeable in Business Activity Statements (BAS), Goods and Services Tax (GST), Payroll Tax, and other relevant statutory returns.
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work output.
• Willing to work Hybrid.

• AU Accounting Experience
• CPA/CA

What will you do?

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions using Xero accounting software.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
• Reconciliation of customer cash receipts from Xero to AroFlo field service software. Monitor receipts from Square and Stripe to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Monitor accounts receivable, review outstanding invoices, follow up with clients on outstanding payments, and manage debt collection.
• Reconcile supplier invoices to supplier statements, request credits for returned parts, prepare monthly payments.
• Bookkeeping and General Ledger Management. Reconcile and resolve discrepancies in accounts.
• Prepare monthly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure all supporting documentation is appropriately filed and accessible.
• Identify opportunities for improving processes and efficiencies, and Internal Controls within the finance function.
