About the Role:

You will support our Australian Financial Planning client and their business directly. Our clients are seeking the next set of superstars to train and grow alongside their businesses. Work alongside their existing senior team members at VA Platinum! Guidance, training, and team support are provided to the new team members.

Ideal Candidate:

• Must have completed 2 years in college (any course).
• With at least 2 years of solid experience supporting an Australian Financial Planning business as a Financial Planning Admin and with at least 1 year as a Paraplanner.
• Prior experience with Records of Advice (ROA) and Statements of Advice (SOA)
• With solid experience using Xplan and its respective modules
• Experience in Investment and/or Insurance Implementation
• With workflow management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong research skills

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Implementation of Advice
• Preparation for Records of Advice (ROA) and Statements of Advice (SOA)
• Create cashflow modelling scenarios in XPLAN by utilising Xtools+.
• Gathering, organising, confirming, and preserving all required client work documents and data
• Prepare application forms and follow up on their progress directly with product providers.
• Utilise the CRM to manage, examine, and update client data.
• Create and evaluate policy schedules and investment reports.
• Assist the advisor with creating recommendations.
• Coordinate with different entities to complete research to back financial planning recommendation
