We are now seeking a professional, proactive, and people-focused AU Sales & Client Engagement Specialist to join our team onsite. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a critical frontline role in shaping the client experience and driving meeting engagement outcomes. As our Sales & Client Engagement Specialist, you will be the face of the company brand—managing Sales-Qualified Appointments (SQAs), supporting clients through onboarding, and delivering high-touch communication across multiple channels. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure clients are prepared and guided throughout their journey, from booking to post-meeting follow-up.

Job Description

Sales Appointment Management & Conversion
  • Book and qualify Sales-Qualified Appointments (SQAs) aligned with business goals.
  • Confirm client intent, availability, and commitment ahead of meetings.
  • Ensure all pre-meeting requirements (forms, documents, pre-assessments) are submitted at least 48 hours prior.
  • Reschedule unqualified or unprepared clients and guide them on next steps.
  • Manage end-to-end SQA flow, including rebooking no-shows within 24 hours.
Client Engagement & Concierge Support
  • Deliver a seamless and premium onboarding experience to all new clients.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries via HubSpot and Ramsey App Chat.
  • Handle live chat/email communication with professionalism, empathy, and clarity.
  • Escalate and assign service queries to relevant team members for resolution.
  • Reduce drop-offs through timely reminders, relationship building, and education.
Operations & Administration
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Mortgage, Property, Buyers Advocacy) to ensure smooth transitions and aligned service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and timely CRM records (HubSpot), including client status, notes, and follow-ups.
  • Escalate risks or concerns to Relationship Managers as needed.
  • Provide weekly reports on appointment performance, client readiness, and engagement metrics.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the Sales industry.
  • Experience working for an Australian Client/Business is required.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication with strong attention to tone and clarity.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and accountable for task ownership.
  • Prior experience in client-facing roles, preferably in financial services or a high-touch service environment.
  • Ability to coach and qualify clients with confidence and empathy.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), live chat, and email tools.
  • Calm, solutions-focused mindset and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting.
  • Preferred:
    • Background in financial services, client concierge, or premium customer service environments.
    • Familiarity with appointment scheduling, lead nurturing, or SQA conversion strategies
