Audit Head - Bank

The Audit Head at Octal Philippines Inc. will lead the internal audit team in assessing the organization's systems and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. This position entails designing and executing audit plans, identifying areas of risk, and implementing strategies for improvement. The Audit Head will also collaborate with various departments, providing insights and recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and achieve the company’s strategic objectives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or other relevant certification preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in internal auditing, with a comprehensive understanding of banking operations.
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, including risk management frameworks.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage audit teams effectively.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in audit management software and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of presenting complex findings to stakeholders.
