Development, Submission, Approval, and Implementation of an Annual Risk-Based Audit Plan.
1. Developed, and submitted for approval of the Top Management through the Finance Head the Annual Risk-Based Audit Plan.
2. Reviewed and evaluated the effectiveness of Audit Activities done in the previous calendar year.
3. Effectively oversee the conduct of Regular Audit Activities based on Audit Plan Objectives and Timeframes.

Effective Implementation of Special Tasks/Projects Assigned by Top Management.
1. Prompt and immediate action of Special Audit/ Tasks assigned by Top Management.
2. Timely submission of Audit Reports and Recommendations to the concerned requesting body.
3. Actively participate in the effective review of the Company’s Accounting and Internal Control System, as initiated by Top Management.

Timely follow-up of compliance to Internal Audit /Regulatory Agency Findings.
1. Conduct substantive tests or follow-ups on earlier Internal Audit/Regulatory Agency Findings.
2. Oversee the maintenance of an Internal Audit system on head office and sub-offices Findings and Exceptions.
3. Closely coordinate with Departments on Compliance to the Findings.

Others:
1. Accurate, complete, and timely submission of reports to Management.
2. Strict compliance to the Company’s policies and procedures to include those of other regulatory agencies.
3. Effective implementation of policies and procedures within the department.
4. Proper asset accountability, usage, and utilization.
5. Other duties requested by Top Management.
