Our Consumer Lending team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Lipa, Batangas with the role of Auto Loan Sales Associate.

In this role, you will support Sales Channel Heads and Sales Officers in achieving auto loan sales targets by monitoring applications, facilitating timely credit decisions, and coordinating with dealer partners to ensure the completion of documentary requirements. You will also prepare and maintain accurate management reports, track application status, and help ensure the timely booking of approved auto loan accounts.

What the role will entail

• Support Sales Channel Heads and Sales Officers in achieving auto loan sales targets through effective account and application management.
• Monitor auto loan applications and provide timely, accurate updates on credit decisions and application status.
• Coordinate with dealer partners to resolve documentary deficiencies and ensure the prompt processing of loan applications.
• Facilitate the timely booking of approved auto loan accounts by ensuring all requirements are complete and compliant.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports to support sales performance monitoring and operational efficiency.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in any 4-year course, preferably in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, business operations, and industry practices.
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain positive client relationships.
• Proficient interpersonal, communication, and sales skills with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to multitask effectively, maintain attention to detail, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
