Position Title:  Automation & Innovation Specialist

Job Summary.

• Responsible for the development and delivery of Process Automation and Innovative Solution needs of OPG

Specific Duties & Responsibilities

• Engage with Unit SMEs to map processes and understand pain points


• Identify and Innovate Business Processes for Automation


• Create Automation Requirement Documentation


• Take responsibility for project activities including work estimation, planning, stakeholder management and project quality


• Design Automation and innovation solutions in collaboration with IT, Risk and Information Security units to ensure conformance to policies and standard requirements.


• Develop, test and deploy the Automation Solutions in accordance with work principles and standards of the Automation and Innovation Department.


• Responsible for the continuous and stable operationalization, maintenance and support of solutions deployed


• Identify alternate ways or better practices for future development
