Automation QA Tester

Octal Philippines Inc. is looking for a dedicated Automation QA Tester to join our dynamic QA team. In this role, you will design, develop, and execute automated tests to ensure the quality and reliability of our software products. You will work closely with developers, QA analysts, and product owners to identify test requirements and improve test coverage through automation.

• Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in Software Quality Assurance.
• Test Development: Proven expertise in designing and executing end-to-end manual and automated test suites.
• Mobile & Performance: Hands-on experience with Appium (XCUITest/UIAutomator2) and/or performance testing using JMeter.
• Technical Skills: Strong programming proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript, with an emphasis on writing clean, modular, and OOP-compliant code.
• API Testing: Demonstrated ability to validate backend integrations via RESTful API testing using Postman, Rest-Assured, or Axios.
