Automotive General Manager

Job Description

• Handle Car Retailer: GAC AION brand.
• Exercises general supervision over all matters pertaining to branch sales operations.
• Implement and monitor Standard Operating Procedure
• Ensure that service quality is maintained and that all operations are carried out in a controlled
• Attends to customer concerns as the need arises.
• Supply information needed for quoting process in a timely manner.
• Manage manpower requirements for the operation
• Coordinates with heads of operational and administrative departments to generate support systems and material and human resource requirements needed for branch operations.
• Monitors the actual performance of the different revenue and cost centers against approved budgets and performance standards.
• Manage inventory control of production department
• Assure cost effective operations

Job Qualification

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
• With at least three (3) years of work-related experience in a supervisory level in an Automotive industry.
• General computer literacy including MS Office (Word and Excel)
• Possess a strong and good leadership, marketing, communication and planning skills
• Can do fieldwork assignment (mall display, saturation etc.) and with a valid driver's license
• Must be willing to work in Makati.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
