We are hiring: AVP – Commercial & Corporate Finance

A leading organization in the Philippines is seeking a strategic finance leader to drive corporate finance and FP&A initiatives. This senior role is critical in shaping financial strategy, supporting executive decision-making, and delivering long-term value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, analysis, and forecasting (FP&A) for projects and long-term strategies

• Build and oversee financial models, budgets, and forecasts to guide senior leadership

• Provide insights on profitability, risks, and performance drivers

• Partner with commercial teams on pricing, contracts, and negotiations

• Prepare board-level reports and investment cases

• Enhance financial reporting processes, policies, and standards

Qualifications
✔️ At least 10 years in Finance, with strong FP&A and corporate finance experience
✔️ Minimum 4 years in leadership roles managing teams
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management (CPA a strong plus)
✔️ Strong expertise in financial modeling, risk analysis, and strategic planning
✔️ Ability to influence senior leaders and work with diverse stakeholders

💰 Compensation will be discussed during the initial interview, with a guaranteed 14th month pay.
