Job Description

* Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. * Manage all aspects of digital marketing campaigns, including planning, execution, optimization, and analysis. * Oversee the development and execution of content marketing initiatives, including website content, blog posts, social media content, and email campaigns. * Collaborate and align with the global marketing team while interacting with the internal teams, including sales, product, and creative, to ensure alignment and integration of digital marketing efforts with the business objectives. * Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance. * Plan, organize, and execute both external and internal events to enhance brand visibility, engage customers, and contribute towards lead generation. * Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to support marketing initiatives as needed. * Stay informed about digital marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and recommend innovative strategies to drive continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. * 6-8 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role. * Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing strategies that drive business results. * Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams. * Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. * Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. * Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with crossfunctional teams and communicate complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels. * Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. * Experience working in the technology industry or B2B marketing is a plus. * Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, AdWords, social media management tools, and marketing automation software.
