As B2C Systems & Quality Control Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting systems testing, quality assurance, and process validation activities to ensure the effective delivery of frontline, back-office, regulatory, and financial requirements. Applies techno-functional expertise in Bill-to-Cash systems to analyze business scenarios, troubleshoot system issues, and coordinate testing activities across distribution utilities. Ensures system enhancements and changes meet business requirements, quality standards, and operational objectives through thorough testing, issue resolution, and stakeholder collaboration and contribute directly to transforming energy for a better world. You will work closely with Bill-to-Cash team to deliver results, create positive community impact, and develop your skills in a supportive, purpose-driven environment.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Analyzes requirements for Testing and Quality Control, based on Business Scenarios that supports Bill-To-Cash Business Process Improvements

  Determine Test Scenarios from Business Requirement Scenarios

  
  


• Test Systems and Integrations based on expected Functionalities and Business Cases


• Provide quality control of system process outputs


• Facilitate Change and Functional Requests specially for Systems Testing and Quality Control


• Providing functional expertise on a Systems use and basic Administration/configurations of the system


• Troubleshoot issues/errors within the System


• Understand Process Flow of Bill-To-Cash Processes and Changes to processes and procedures.


• Analyzes errors/issues, troubleshooting and fixing changes in the application system


• Functional Mastery of Bill-To-Cash applications


• Attend regular meetings with Bill-To-Cash operating units, Engineering and AP-DUs on change management issues, coordination and harmonization efforts


• Train the trainer and SMEs on new Systems or System Functionalities

What You Will Need:

Education & Experience:

  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or IT related course

  
  

Technical / Functional Skills:

• 
  

  Proficient in Bill-to-Cash (B2C) Business Process Management and Systems Operations.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong skills in Systems Application Optimization, Configuration, and Support.

  
  


• 
  

  Knowledgeable in Systems Change Management, Testing, and Implementation.
