Back Office CSR | Healthcare Account | Get a 21K Signing Bonus

Account specific roles and responsibilities:

• Perform accurate and timely data entry of patient information into the system
• Conduct chart reviews to verify completeness and accuracy of records
• Monitor and track receipt of patient consent forms
• Make follow-up calls to patients regarding pending or incomplete consent forms
• Guide patients through the process of signing and returning required documents
• Ensure all documentation is properly recorded and filed
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with data privacy standards
• Coordinate with internal teams as needed to resolve discrepancies

• At least 6 months BPO experience handling a Blended Account (Voice/BackOffice)

• Healthcare BPO experience is a PLUS
• Proficient in using MS Tools
• Good verbal and written English skills
• Must be willing to work on-site in Shaw Blvd, Mandaluyong
• Amenable working night shifts
