Back-End Developer

We are a headhunter agency matching top talent in The Philippines with fast-growing US and global companies. We are hiring an ambitious and talented Back-End Developer to join a Nimble company. Our client is an artificial intelligence platform developing AI agents that automate back office tasks.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 6 hours flexible, 2 hours overlap during EST business hours 

Salary range: $1,500 - $2,000 per month

Responsibilities

• Develop robust and scalable back-end solutions using Python, with a focus on FastAPI for API development.


• Design, implement, and maintain databases, with a strong emphasis on PostgreSQL.


• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements using server-side logic.


• Implement and maintain RESTful APIs, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.


• Work closely with AI and machine learning teams, integrating AI models and algorithms into the back-end infrastructure.


• Optimize application for maximum speed, efficiency, and scalability.


• Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and mentor junior developers.


• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in AI, implementing relevant technologies and tools.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and UI/UX designers, to achieve project goals.
