Back-Office CSR (Non-Voice)

Account specific roles and responsibilities:

• Process orders accurately and efficiently using the client tool (BrightTree).

• Organize and manage medical documents in PDF format.

• Upload PDF documents to the client tool as required.

• Maintain and manage documents via the client's SharePoint system.

• Perform additional tasks related to order processing and PDF document management as needed.

• Send and receive reports via email, ensuring all communication is timely and accurate.

• At least 6 months BPO experience in a Back-Office function
• US Healthcare experience is an advantage
• Must be keen to details
• Must be proficient in MS Excel, Word, PDFs
• Good verbal and written English skills
• Willing to work onsite in Makati
• Amenable working night shift
