Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales/Operations Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales and operations functions, ensuring smooth and efficient processes. This role involves generating quotations and sales orders, managing purchase requisitions, tracking product and service provisioning, and maintaining CRM data. Additionally, the Sales/Operations Admin will monitor subscriptions and renewals, coordinate sales and operational activities, and support inside sales and customer success initiatives. Experience with Microsoft 365 and/or SaaS/Cloud businesses is highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Generate Quotation/Sales Orders: Create and manage accurate and timely quotations and sales orders for clients.
- Purchase Requisitions/Purchase Orders: Handle both internal and external purchase requisitions and purchase orders, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Products/Services Provisioning & Tracking: Oversee the provisioning and tracking of products and services, ensuring timely delivery and implementation.
- CRM Housekeeping: Maintain and update CRM data to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the information.
- Coordination and Follow-Up: Coordinate and follow up on sales and operations-related tasks to ensure smooth workflow and issue resolution.
- Subscription/Renewal Monitoring: Monitor and manage subscriptions and renewals, ensuring timely renewals and minimal service disruption.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales and/or operations support roles.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in a Microsoft 365 and/or SaaS/Cloud business environment is a plus.
- Must have Fiber Optic internet with at least 25 Mbps bandwidth
- Must have a backup desktop or laptop with the latest OS
- Must be able to work from 9:00 AM - 6:00PM SG
