Bank Branch Manager - Cebu - up to 120K

We are hiring for a Bank Branch Manager for a local bank located in Mandaue Cebu.

This is an onsite work, salary is up to 120K based on experience

At least 5 years working in the bank is required with at least 2 years as a Branch manager

The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and management of a bank branch. This role includes ensuring that the branch meets its financial, customer service, and operational goals.

The Bank Branch Manager will lead and manage the operations of the branch to provide excellent customer service and ensure the effective delivery of banking products and services. The role involves overseeing branch staff, ensuring compliance with bank policies and procedures, and achieving branch sales and service targets. The Branch Manager is also responsible for developing business relationships and enhancing customer satisfaction.
