Banking Merchant Sales Associate - Navotas

Desirable qualities for the role include flexibility and effective articulation, and a willingness to engage in field work is essential.As an Associate, Small Merchants in Navotas, the responsibilities will involve establishing or terminating affiliations with new-to-bank (NTB) merchants for P2M/e-wallet and/or new product expansion within the assigned area. The associate will provide assistance to the division and actively participate in company promotions and projects. Conducting searches and evaluations to identify potential merchants in the area and creating a portfolio of prospects is part of the job. Regular visits to assigned merchants will be required to promptly address their immediate needs and concerns. Additionally, the associate will review actual billings against targets and prepare weekly and monthly analysis reports for submission to the division and group head. They will also recommend and execute the termination of merchant affiliations based on various criteria, such as non-billers, failure to meet billing requirements, instances of fraud, or as recommended by CCAP (Customer Complaints Action Panel).Qualified applicants can expect to receive interview communications within 24-72 business hours, typically through a phone call.
