Bay Service Agent

• Greet arriving guests at the designated airport arrival area and escort them to their assigned vehicles or waiting areas.
  
• Monitor flight statuses for both arrivals and departures accurately and provide timely updates to the Concierge and Front Office teams.
  
• Log and assign job requests through the dispatching system with precision and clarity
  
• Handle both internal and external telephone and email communications promptly and courteously.
  
• Coordinate operational requirements with Reservations, Reception, Concierge and Bell Service teams.
  
• Assist guests with the airline -related concerns, including booking, rebooking, and ticket purchases
  
• Support guests in lost luggage cases, liaising with airline representatives to provide timely updates and resolutions.
  
• Coordinate with airport authorities on matters relating to Customs, Immigration, and operational requirements.
  
• Facilitate processing and renewal of Airport Access Passes and Vehicle Pass application
  
• Review and update arrival and departure lists regularly
  
• Maintain accurate logs of guest movements and related correspondence
  
• Perform additional duties or special assignments as directed by Management

Requirements

• Good command of both written and spoken English; knowledge of another foreign language is advantage
  
• minimum relevant experience of Concierge/ Bell Service in the Hotel industry is an advantage
  
• Knowledge of local area, hotel facilities, and transportation options.
  
• Professional, approachable, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to evolving guest requirements.
