Beauty Sales Distribution Supervisor

Job Description:

As the Beauty Sales Distribution Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the distribution and sales operations of beauty products within the assigned territory. Your primary duties will include:

• Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
• Managing a team of sales representatives and distributors, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure they meet their individual and team goals.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with retailers, salons, spas, and other distribution channels to expand the company's market presence.
• Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and development.
• Analyzing sales data and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborating with other departments such as marketing, product development, and logistics to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
• Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. (Preferred but not required)
• Proven experience in beauty sales, distribution, or a related field, with a strong understanding of the beauty industry and market dynamics.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve results.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Willingness to work onsite in LapuLapu and Gabi Cordova
