We collect your name, address, employee number, job title/position, company/office, contact number, email address, and signature solely to facilitate action on the Violation of Corporate Governance Rules and/or Retaliation Protection report you have submitted. These are accessed by Corporate Governance Office who hold such information under strict confidentiality. These are retained while any of the involved parties is employed in Meralco and shall be disposed of accordingly thereafter.

The Benefits and Employee Services Associate is responsible for implementing and ensuring effectiveness of activities and initiatives of the following:
Benefits Administration
- Implementation of centralized human resource services covering benefits – both company and statutory – for all employees and retirees
- Case management related to employee benefits claims
- Contract management
- Administration of financial and welfare benefits for all employees and retirees
- Administration of One Meralco HR Hub for benefits administration
- Provision of support to employee-related tools and services
- Support to implementation of HR-enabling technologies
- Support to process management of the HR Operations plans and programs
Employee Services
- Food services
- ID administration
- Perks administration for managerial and executive employees
- Case management related to employee benefits claims
- Management of HR Service Desk for HR-related concerns
- Provision of frontline services
- Provision of support to employee-related tools and services
- Support to process management
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Information Technology and other related courses
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- At least 2 years of relevant work experience is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Excellent business communication skills
- Willing to work onsite (Ortigas, Pasig City)
