Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Bidding Expert to lead and manage the bidding process for U.S. government contracts, specializing in service apartment rentals or pest control services. This role requires an in-depth understanding of government procurement processes and regulations, as well as strong analytical and strategic skills to secure contracts effectively. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in growing our government contract portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze government solicitations (RFPs, RFQs, ITBs) to identify opportunities aligned with company offerings in service apartment rentals or pest control services.
  • Prepare, review, and submit competitive bids and proposals, ensuring compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and other U.S. government procurement requirements.
  • Conduct cost estimation, pricing analysis, and risk assessment to develop effective bidding strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (operations, finance, legal) to gather input and create accurate and compelling proposals.
  • Liaise with government agencies and contracting officers to clarify requirements and strengthen business relationships.
  • Track bid status, conduct post-bid evaluations, and implement lessons learned to improve future outcomes.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of government contracting platforms (e.g., SAM.gov) and industry regulations.
  • Monitor competitors and market trends in service apartment rentals or pest control services to enhance bidding effectiveness.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in bidding for U.S. government contracts, with a focus on service apartment rentals or pest control.
  • Strong knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and government procurement processes.
  • Expertise in preparing and submitting compliant bids, including experience with pricing models and cost estimation.
  • Proficiency in bid management software and tools such as MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Preferred:

  • Prior experience working with federal agencies or government contract platforms (e.g., SAM.gov).
  • Knowledge of specific industry requirements for service apartment rentals (e.g., lease agreements) or pest control (e.g., licensing and safety standards).
  • Certifications such as Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) or Project Management Professional (PMP).
  • Demonstrated success in securing large-scale government contracts.
