Billing Analyst

1. Handle the generation and printing of power bills for FDCMPC, FDCRES and other FDC subsidiaries of its sales transactions to the market (WESM).

2. Handle the market transactions for RCOA Mindanao.

3. Assist the team in generation of the wholesale and retail power bills every month.

4. Monitors collection of payments and gathers the payment documents from customers.

5. Update the Billing and Payment Tracking System (BPTS) and determine the account balances of customers.

6. Assist in the balance reconciliation of customers and resolves billing issues.

7. Assist in the internal reconciliation of customers balances with Accounting.

8. Assist in the preparation of the monthly reports of FDCMPC, FDCRES, FREE and other FDC subsidiaries as may be required.

9. Perform post-billing and variance analysis and identify billing issues with the customers in a timely manner.

10. Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Specifications:

• Graduate of Bachelors/College Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or the equivalent
• With work experience in billing
• Knowledge of the power industry in the Philippines is a plus
