The role is responsible for designing and developing new customer acquisition, revenue assurance and customer experience processes.

The Billing Analyst is responsible for designing and developing new customer acquisition, revenue assurance and customer experience processes in support to company initiatives. The role is also responsible for regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency, considering customer centricity, attainment of corporate goals and stakeholder requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be a Bachelor’s degree holder of any course
• Proficient in standard company office applications (such as Excel, Powerpoint, Word, etc)
• Proficient in verbal and written communication
