Job Summary

The Billing Assistant is responsible for ensuring the correctness and completeness of billings for salary loans, by institution in accordance with established cut off in line with the Banks standards and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  

  Responsible for the timely consolidation and submission of complete billings to the partner institution

  
  


• 
  

  Responsible for the effective monitoring of accounts that are billed and with undeducted billing with the partner institution

  
  


• 
  

  Assists and acts as the back-up of the Credit Assistant

  
  


• 
  

  Provides regular MIS, reports and forms according to standard process and requirements. 

  
  


• 
  

  Ensure compliance with Banks policies, procedures and regulatory requirements

  
  

Qualifications

• 
  

  Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in a business-related course.

  
  


• 
  

  Preferably with 6 months relevant work experience in unsecured loan operations.  

  
  


• 
  

  Fresh graduates are welcome but must have good scholastic records

  
  


• 
  

  Computer literate

  
  


• 
  

  Willing to work onsite in Tarlac
