Role overview:
Administrative staff is responsible for indexing, validating pre -existing orders in they system against customer provided paper documentation.
Responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:
• Sorting and Segregation of Documents provided by drivers. example BOL vs Packing Slips
• Indexing of documents for commitment to the Repository.
• Document Updating and validation of Information from Provided documentation into TMS system with various requirements. Ex Biller, Consignee, Debtor, Pcs, Weight, Temperature Requirements/
• Discrepancy Resolution: Identify and escalate discrepancies between shipping documents and system entries to ensure data integrity for final billing and completion.
• Respond to both Internal and External customers regarding billing and prioritization based on Operations needs.
The shift is Monday to Friday, 14:00 to 22:30.EST.

The successful candidate will be a motivated and conscientious team player capable of working in a dynamic and fast -paced environment.
The successful candidate must have post secondary education as well as 1 to 3 years experience as a Billing Clerk along with the following skills and abilities:
• Strong written and verbal communications skills in English
• A strong geographic understanding of major cities/provinces in Canada
• Enjoy working under pressure in a demanding and time sensitive work environment
• Excellent keyboard and data entry skills
• High tolerance for ambiguity
• Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to take action quickly
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at the same time
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Detail Oriented,
• Postion requires a self starter with initiative to be successful in this position
• Able to Solution Problems on their own with minimal supervision
• Anyalitical skills an asset for identifying small print
• High memory aptitude an asset for customer specific requirements.
• Able to work under tight deadlines, and prioritize based on operational needs
• Ability t interpret writing in many forms and penmanship an asset.
