Position Summary:

Responsible for accurate data entry into software programs like SAP/ERP and Salesforce.com, transcribing and verifying patient insurance coverage, communicating with partner pharmacies for patient care, documenting activities, navigating multiple systems, and demonstrating flexibility based on workload volume.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter data into corresponding fields within various software programs (SAP/ERP and Salesforce.com)
• Accurately transcribes and verifies patient insurance coverage using online resources.
• Ensures all pertinent medical documentation is accurate and present prior to authorization submission or
  coordination of billing.
• Communicate with our partner pharmacies via our online portal to ensure best in class care to patients.
• Document activities appropriately in process notes using our operating system.
• Ability to successfully navigate between multiple systems throughout the course of the workday, this
  includes but is not limited to operational software and vendor portals.
• Demonstrate flexibility to perform duties wherever volume deems it necessary.

Required:

• Education: High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Job Experience: 0-2 Years of Relevant Work Experience

Preferred: 

• Basic Microsoft Suite Competency (Outlook, Word, Power Point)
• Previous SAP experience or other Order Management Systems a plus but not necessary
• Salesforce.com knowledge a plus but not necessary
