Billing Specialist

BASIC FUNCTION

Position Overview

The Service Billing Specialist I will be responsible for billing and issuing invoices, creates and maintains service contracts and projects.

What you’ll do at Insight

• Bills clients and customers for services rendered by Insight.
• Sets up, updates and maintains service contract and projects.
• Creates billing and financial reports, reclasses and accruals.

What you’ll need to join Insight

• Bachelor’s Degree in BS Accounting or any 4-year billing related course
• At least 2 years of billing experience and other related financial skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SAP
• Incredible attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills
• Able to thrive in an environment characterized by rapidly changing requirements and an ongoing focus on meeting operational objectives
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong commitment to company values and operating principles
