BIM Modeler Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate **3D models** from architectural, structural, and MEP drawings using Revit  
• Execute **clash detection** and participate in BIM coordination using Navisworks  
• Assist in creating construction documentation sets  
• Support **point cloud to BIM conversion** from laser scans for renovation or retrofit projects  
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects for design alignment  
• Maintain BIM content libraries and standards in accordance with project and company guidelines  
• Ensure data accuracy and file management throughout the model lifecycle  

Expertise In:

• Autodesk Revit (required)
• AutoCAD, Navisworks, Civil 3D (strongly preferred)
• Experience with tools like SketchUp, SolidWorks, or CET is a plus
• Strong understanding of BIM coordination, clash detection, and construction sequencing

Qualification: 

• 3+ years of experience as a BIM Modeler in architecture, engineering, or construction  
• Strong knowledge of **BIM coordination**, clash detection, and construction sequencing  
• Familiarity with MEP modeling and multi-disciplinary collaboration  
• Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of construction methods and documentation  
• Able to work in local time zones and **integrate seamlessly with your internal teams**
