BIM Specialist (Archi/Struct)

As a Digital Construction A/S Engineer (BIM Specialist A/S), you’ll use Revit 3D modeling to transform 2D drawings and point cloud scans into field-ready BIM models that drive accuracy, safety, and efficiency. You’ll collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to resolve clashes, ensure constructibility, and deliver high-quality models that bring real projects to life.

What you’ll do

• Create detailed Revit 3D models from 2D drawings and point cloud scans


• Lead clash coordination and produce clear coordination drawings


• Ensure compliance with the VIATechnik BIM checklist and standards


• Prepare and manage RFIs to resolve design ambiguities


• Act as first-line quality control for project deliverables

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field


• Strong Revit 3D modeling proficiency and basic Navisworks knowledge


• Solid plan-reading skills (Civil, Structural, Architectural, MEPF)


• Detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to deliver quality outcomes


• Willingness to work in Makati or Cubao
