Main Activities and Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
Implement the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) for projects.
Create detailed 3D models using Revit, AutoCAD MEP, and Navisworks based on design inputs.
Coordinate Electrical models with architectural, structural, mechanical, fire protection and P&D disciplines; maintain version control and produce fully integrated BIM models.
Perform clash detection, resolve conflicts, and ensure seamless installation.
Participate in coordination meetings, providing BIM insights and ensuring adherence to BEP standards.
Create and maintain a BIM library of parametric families.
Provide room-level outputs aligned to healthcare requirements such as critical rooms, clean rooms, and other specialized areas, ensuring compliance with each specific area requirement.
Generate construction documentation, material schedules, combined shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and as-built models.
Update models based on site feedback and design revisions.
Provide technical support and quality checks for junior team members.
Setting up of model and using BIM 360.
Identifying Level of Details
Assist design teams with analysis models, 3D visualizations, and 4D construction sequencing.
Prepare quantity take-offs for BoQs from 3D models.
Utilize Revit add-ons such as pyRevit, DiRoots One, Dynamo, UnoTool ClashDetect Pro, Conserve Box & Glyph, FabricAir PRO, etc.
Ensure compliance with ISO 19650, COBie, and project-specific BIM standards.

Qualifications
Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Systems, or related field.
Minimum of 4 years of proven Electrical BIM modeling & Coordination experience.
Experience in healthcare/hospital facilities, clean rooms, ICUs, PET scan areas, or laboratories preferred.
Familiarity with healthcare electrical compliance drivers used by project teams, such as IEC medical requirements, NEC/NFPA healthcare requirements, and relevant local and international regulations.
BIM/Revit certification (Autodesk or equivalent) is desirable.
Proficiency in:
Revit MEP
Revit Family Creation and Editing
AutoCAD (2D & 3D)
Navisworks
Working knowledge of:
Dynamo
Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) / BIM 360
MS Excel & Word
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
