Bookkeeper (Recording Crypto)

Overview: 

We are seeking someone that has experience with Quickbooks, crypto
accounting, US GAAP, and recording on-chain transactions on the Solana
Blockchain (they all look pretty similar, so experience with other blockchains
would be fine too). At the end of each month, the client would like to see a
reconciled income statement, balance sheet, cashflow statement and a budget vs
actual comparison against a budget sheet that he made. If they are familiar
with Google Sheets and financial analysis in general, the client would also
like it if they can help do some simple reports.

They need to have prior experience as a bookkeeper who's
used Quickbooks and recorded on-chain transactions before. I currently have a
professional firm working with me on this in the US, but they are getting too
expensive.

The amount of transaction I have every month is about
100-200 transactions a month, so it's not a lot. I would like some help with AP
as well, but more as a reminder.

The workflow is:

• This
  candidate will be assigned their own email, and access to the client’s
  group accounting email
  
• The client
  will send the bills he receives to the accounting email 
  
• on a
  biweekly basis, the candidate records everything, and send the client a
  reminder to make payments 
  
• within
  10 days after the end of a month, the candidate gives the client a set of
  month-end financial docs 
  
• on a
  quarterly basis, they will create a set of financials to update our
  investor.
