BPE ERP Deployment - Intercompany

Your Role

As a Business Project Expert (BPE) Intercompany for global finance transformation initiatives, you will play a key role in ensuring successful delivery of intercompany processes within large-scale finance process and system transformation programs, with secondary involvement in ERP projects. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective integration and compliance across legal entities and systems.

Your responsibilities will include

• Leading the delivery of intercompany processes during finance transformation deployments and solution enhancements, ensuring accuracy in data migration and compliance with project timelines and business requirements.


• Developing and implementing data migration concepts for R2R-requested master and transactional financial data.


• Supporting the design and execution of business process tests across all project test phases.


• Coordinating and monitoring data cleansing activities to ensure data integrity prior to migration.


• Securing testing of R2R-specific master and transactional data, ensuring all processes meet quality standards.


• Supporting the onboarding and training of new project expert resources to ensure effective project execution.


• Identifying and mitigating potential risks related to data migration and intercompany processes, maintaining alignment with BPM during project phases and ensuring alignment with governance and compliance requirements.


• Helping define cutover plans to ensure successful data loads and transitions during program go-lives, and secondary prospective involvement in ERP implementations in the medium- to long-term.


• Supporting the knowledge transition of implemented solutions to end-users in business as part of change management/training.


• Ensuring financial data integrity during Hypercare and enabling successful project exit timelines.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline)


• 5+ years of experience in project management or business process improvement, ideally within a multinational environment.


• Strong understanding of intercompany processes, data migration, and testing protocols, with experience in the pharmaceutical or chemical industry being a plus.


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.


• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across various functions, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.


• Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages (e.g., German) is an advantage.


• Willingness to travel as needed for project engagements.
