Job Description - BPO | Customer Service Administrator - Medical/Financial Account (Hybrid Setup)

As a client service administrator, you manage drug screening and physical exam results. Your computer and software proficiency is crucial to streamlining the processing of sensitive medical data from clinics. Also, expect direct interactions with leaders and team members for more accurate and timely work.

How You Spend Your Eight Hours


  • Process clinical drug screening and physical exam results

  • Upload accounted results into the client’s CRM and proprietary software

  • Create bills via QuickBooks

  • Navigate multiple systems for clinical results monitoring

  • Make outbound calls and emails to request copies of bills and medical results from clinics

  • Perform assessments to ensure accurate and timely documentation submission

  • Work directly with management teams

  • Accomplish additional related tasks as directed



What You Must Possess


  • Background in basic accounting and financial processing

  • Experience in CRM software, document uploading, ticketing system management

  • Proficiency in computer navigation

  • Smartly search multiple systems as needed to check clinical results

  • Make outbound calls/emails to clinics to request copies of bills and drug tests/physicals results

  • Good typing skills

  • Effective voice and written English communication

  • Ability to handle cloud-based VoIP software

  • Experience in QuickBooks, RingCentral, and Zoho Desk (preferred but not required)
