How You Spend Your Eight Hours
Data Management
Execute end-to-end data migration with precision and timeliness
Extract, clean, and transform client data from various systems to align with internal platform requirements
Due Diligence and Documentation
Complete new client paperwork accurately, ensuring compliance with quality and process standards
Gather and compile essential client data for project onboarding
History Validation and Quality Assurance
Configure company data and review client inputs to maintain consistency and timeliness
Detect and report discrepancies or errors, resolving issues in alignment with team protocols
Administrative and Communication Support
Assist in client communications by providing timely updates on progress and addressing concerns as directed
Take on other tasks as assigned to support the onboarding process
What You Must Possess
More than a year of experience in data management, data entry, or administrative roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including (PivotTables, VLookup/XLookup), Google Sheets, and other data manipulation tools
Strong written communication skills for effective internal collaboration
Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to follow structured procedures meticulously
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Effective time management and organizational skills
Familiarity with HCM systems, payroll, or HRIS data structures (a plus)
