Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to understand organizational goals and objectives, aligning HR initiatives accordingly.
- Lead, develop, and supervise a team of HR associates and specialists, providing mentorship, guidance, and support in their day-to-day activities.
- Develop and implement HR policies, processes, and initiatives to support organizational strategy and compliance requirements.
- Oversee the administration of HR programs including compensation and benefits, leaves, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, productivity, recognition, and morale.
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations, recommending best practices and modifying policies as necessary to maintain compliance.
- Stay informed about trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in HR, talent management, and employment law, and communicate these changes to upper management and the HR team.
- Participate in the development and management of the departmental budget.
- Facilitate professional development, training, and certification activities for HR staff.
- Perform other duties as required by the HR Director.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in HR management or supervisory role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines effectively.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Proven supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Adaptability to the needs of the organization and its employees.
- Prioritization skills and ability to delegate tasks effectively.
- Thorough understanding of employment-related laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Suite
- Willingness to travel as required.
