How You Spend Your Eight Hours

Data Management

• Execute end-to-end data migration with precision and timeliness

• Extract, clean, and transform client data from various systems to align with internal platform requirements

Due Diligence and Documentation

• Complete new client paperwork accurately, ensuring compliance with quality and process standards

• Gather and compile essential client data for project onboarding

History Validation and Quality Assurance

• Configure company data and review client inputs to maintain consistency and timeliness

• Detect and report discrepancies or errors, resolving issues in alignment with team protocols

Administrative and Communication Support

• Assist in client communications by providing timely updates on progress and addressing concerns as directed

• Take on other tasks as assigned to support the onboarding process

What You Must Possess

• More than a year of experience in data management, data entry, or administrative roles

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other data manipulation tools

• Strong written communication skills for effective internal collaboration

• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to follow structured procedures meticulously

• Self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Effective time management and organizational skills

• Familiarity with HCM systems, payroll, or HRIS data structures (a plus)
