BPO Operations Head - Iloilo (375k monthly)

• Role Title: Head of BPO Operations (AVP level) (to supervise: Operations Sr Director and Operations Director)
• Line Manager: Senior Vice President of Operations
• Work Set-up: Hybrid
• Location: IloIlo (Open to candidates within the Visayas region)
• Salary budget: up to 350k (including guaranteed 13th and 14th month pay)
• Allowance: 15k

Key Qualifications:

• Must have solid BPO operations experience with extensive healthcare background
• Ideally min 10-12 yrs of BPO management exposure
• Highly preferred – currently based in Iloilo, otherwise must be willing to relocate
